Awesome awesome service. Im not particularly IT savey. Acponline have immediately respondened to major computer issues and fixed immediately. Being on Waiheke Island has challenges with IT assistance however I was able to give acponline remote access and the problems were fixed immediately. We changed to acponline last month to try and get some consistency with our service as our previous online service was inconsistent with many new people, so each time we had a problem it would take twice the time needed as it was a new person who wasn't familiar with our systems.
Since changing to acponline we have been very happy with the service. Firstly our ongoing problem of computers dropping offline was fixed with cheaper and more effective equipment and after the initial visit to get to know our system and sort things out we haven't needed much help.
It is great having the same person deal with our system so if I have a problem he can talk me through if needed or just give some helpful advice.
The rates are very competetive and overall a good decision made to move to acponline.
